Friday Face From the Past, 2016 September 9: An Orphan Photo of an Unknown Baby.(#2)

This photograph is a real question mark for me.  The picture came out of one of the sadly dismantled Keyes albums, but with no notation on the back and no indication of the identity of the photographer.

I like the intense look of the child as well as the cute curly-que hair-do.  I wish the photograph were more clear so I could view the detail of the gown.  I am thinking it was down with great care and love.  It appears as there is lace at the end of the sleeves.
